FUJIAN DONGLONG KNITTING&TEXTILE CO.,LTD. began to build its own dyeing factory in 2012.Danitech was involved in the entire design and project implementation process, from machine selection to dyehouse layout and pipeline installation. Both the Danitech Italy and China teams provided full support throughout. The factory is now equipped with nearly 110 sets Danitech dyeing machines, a complete ColorService automatic dispensing system, and the SEDO central control management system. As a result, DONGLONG has become a leading enterprise in the national lace industry, as well as a key player in Fujian's lace industry.

BEST PACIFIC

BEST PACIFIC is one of the pioneers in using low-liquor ratio dyeing machines for dyeing synthetic fabrics in China. Since 2012, the company has successively established two new workshops in Dongguan, as well as multiple highly automated dyeing workshops in Vietnam and Sri Lanka. They have more than 120 dyeing machines from Danitech, and each production workshop is equipped with a complete set of ColorService automatic dispensing systems.

BEST PACIFIC has been a high-quality supplier of fashion underwear brand "Victoria's Secret" for many years. In recent years,it has also started taking orders from Italian brand Calzedonia, U.S. companies Under Armour, Lululemon, as well as Uniqlo, Adidas, Nike, and other brands. Their products cover a wide range of fields including traditional cotton, sports fabrics, yoga garments, underwear ribbons and other fields.

Houyuan Textile

Xinao Textiles was founded in 1991 and is a listed company. Its main business is the research and development, production, and sales of wool yarn and intermediate products such as wool tops. It is a well-known supplier of knitting raw materials in the industry and a leading global wool textile enterprise. Zhejiang Houyuan Textile Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Xinao Textiles, a national high-tech enterprise that integrates wool top dyeing, yarn dyeing, and post-treatment, with advantages in the wool spinning industry chain.

After years of contact and investigation, Houyuan New Workshop invited Danitech to participate in the design and provide the latest generation of multifunctional yarn dyeing machine in 2021. With the help of Danitech's latest technological application achievements, the intelligent, environmentally friendly and production efficiency of dyeing and finishing in the new workshop will be taken to a new level.

At present, the Houyuan Woolen Dyeing Smart Factory is equipped with advanced equipment such as intelligent dyeing machines and drying rooms for the pre and post dyeing processes, as well as more than 400 sets of automated production lines. It also has a fully automatic dyeing material dispensing system, production line robots, and advanced logistics and warehousing systems, implementing an intelligent production system. While providing high-quality products and satisfactory services, it actively advocates the concept of green wool and supports sustainable development of the ecological environment.
